- Cognition (i.e., Memory, Attention, Sequencing, Problem Solving, Executive Functioning)
- Dysphagia (i.e., Swallowing) and Feeding (i.e., Oral motor to increase strength and range of motion of the oral musculature)
- Orofacial myology (e.g., tongue thrust)
- Resonance (i.e., hypernasality, hyponasality)

We provide therapy to a wide range of individuals with various diagnoses including, but not limited to:

- Hearing Loss/ Deafness
- Traumatic Brain Injury
- Cerebral Palsy
- Developmental Disabilities
- Cleft lip/palate
- Neonatal problems (e.g., prematurity)
We offer several group therapy sessions that run continuously throughout the year. These groups are offered for all ages and include Social Skills groups, Articulation (Speech) groups, Food School, Language groups, Phonology groups, etc.
Speech therapy not only helps children learn to use language, but it enables parents/caregivers to become a part of the process while they are learning how to become their child’s Speech Therapist at home. After each session, the parent/caregiver is provided with a synapse of the session and informed and taught how and when to use the techniques.
Testimonials
“We moved to Saint Louis last year (2019) and Adley could only say a handful of words, so clearly communication was a major issue in our home. Since being in speech and OT, Adley’s speech has since exceeded his age along with his fine motor skills. I can’t thank the OT, speech, and PT therapists for helping my child to have a regular childhood and
communicate his needs. Adley talks non-stop and I wouldn’t have it any other way.”
“My son has been receiving services from Sensory Solutions since he was 4 years old. He is now 7 and has grown so much in the past 3 ½ years. His needs have decreased significantly and his social and emotional behaviors have improved so much. I attribute this so much to the guidance & intervention of his occupational & behavioral therapists. My son has a Sensory Integration Disorder & through the help of Sensory Solutions has learned important skills regarding self regulation. The staff has also helped educate my husband and I on Sensory Integration Disorders & how this can manifest itself in our son & what techniques we can use at home & at school in order to either head off dysregulation or calm him after. The staff is knowledgeable, compassionate & loving. Even the office staff feels like family.”
“Amara works with Ms. Sarah for speech and Ms. Elizabeth for Physical. She loves the both of them and I have seen her grow since she has been here. When Amara first started with both services she was not able to say certain words or their correct sounds and we also had an issue with her range of motion. Since coming her vocabulary has expanded and her gross motor/balance.”
